Job Description

& Selected intern 's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Engage with potential clients and actively seek out new leads in the real estate market
2. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries, understanding their needs, and offering suitable property options
3. Maintain a strong knowledge base of the local real estate market, including pricing trends, property features, and upcoming developments
4. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty through regular follow-ups and personalized service
5. Conduct property tours, showcasing the unique features and benefits of available properties to prospective buyers
6. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring all necessary paperwork and documentation is accurately completed and submitted
7. Collaborate effectively with the marketing team to develop and implement innovative strategies to promote properties and attract potential buyers
