Job Title: Sales Development ManagerPosition Overview:The Sales Development Manager leads a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to drive lead generation and qualification, ensuring a strong pipeline for the sales team. This role focuses on coaching, strategy execution, and collaboration with sales and marketing teams to meet and exceed sales targets.Roles & Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor SDR team, set performance targets, and provide ongoing coaching.- Pipeline Development: Oversee lead generation efforts and ensure a consistent flow of qualified leads to the sales team.- Strategy & Execution: Work with Sales and Marketing to develop and execute outreach campaigns and sales strategies.- Performance Tracking: Set KPIs for the SDR team, track progress, and report on performance.- CRM Management: Ensure accurate data entry and tracking of leads in CRM systems.- Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams to ensure smooth lead transitions and optimal results.Qualifications:- Bachelor s Degree Is Mandatory.- 1-2 Years Of Sales , marketing and Business Development.- must Be a Local Candidate.- Age Criteria : 24 To 40 Years.Benefits:- Competitive salary and Incentives.- career growth Opportunities.
