Job Description
Job Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Agency Development Manager to join our team in MG Road. The ideal candidate has at least 2-3 years of experience in field sales, with a minimum of 1 years in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sales.Roles and Responsibilities:- Hire, develop, and oversee a group of insurance agents or advisers in order to meet sales goals.- Create and execute business plans to increase sales and broaden your brand s reach.- Continually train, coach, and advise agents to increase their output.- To guarantee excellent performance and retention, inspire and mentor the sales team.- Find fresh company prospects and promote market expansion within the designated area.- Hold frequent sales meetings, strategy talks, and performance evaluations.- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.- Create and preserve a solid rapport with customers and business partners.- Assure rigorous adherence to legal requirements, corporate rules, and moral sales techniques.Candidate Profile:- 2-3 years of field sales experience, including at least 1 year of BFSI sales experience.- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team leadership abilities.- Outstanding ability to plan sales, negotiate, and manage relationships.- The capacity to evaluate sales performance data and put ideas into action that work.- Knowledge with the Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.- Willingness to go for company development along MG Road and in the surrounding districts.How to Apply?Phone: 9909684395 (ref:updazz.com)
