Job Title: Sales ExecutiveLocation: Mangalore, Gulbarga, Hubli Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 2-3 Years Industry: AV Integration | IT Hardware | Networking | Consumer Electronics | Home AppliancesWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with 2-3 years of experience in AV integration, IT hardware, networking solutions, and consumer electronics/home appliances. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving sales to achieve revenue targets.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and target potential clients in the AV, IT hardware, networking, and home appliance sectors.- Promote and sell solutions including AV systems, networking devices, IT hardware, and consumer electronics.- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.- Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends.- Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to develop customized solutions.- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations.- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.Qualifications & Skills:- Bachelor s degree in Business, Electronics, IT, or related field (preferred).- 2-3 years of proven experience in sales within AV, IT, networking, or consumer electronics sectors.- Strong understanding of AV integration, IT infrastructure, and networking solutions.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.- Strong organizational and time-management skills.Preferred Experience:- Proven AV sales experience, including B2B and/or project-based selling.- Hands-on experience with brands like Crestron, AMX, Cisco, HP, Samsung, LG, etc.- Experience in dealing with retail chains, system integrators, or corporate clients.- Familiarity with smart home systems and IoT-enabled appliances.
