Job Description
Position - Sales Executive
Salary - Can be discussed
Shift - General Shift&
Two Wheeler is must with DL

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Target Achievement

  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare and present proposals and quotations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals in line with company pricing policies and profit margins.

2. Lead Generation and Prospecting

  • Identify new business opportunities through cold calls, networking, email campaigns, referrals, and market research.
  • Qualify leads and build a pipeline of potential clients across assigned territories or sectors.
  • Follow up consistently with prospects until a decision is made.

3. Client Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt support, issue resolution, and value-driven communication.
  • Conduct periodic reviews with clients to identify opportunities for up-selling or cross-selling.

4. Product/Service Presentation

  • Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of the company s products or services.
  • Conduct presentations, product demos, or sales meetings with clients either in person or virtually.
  • Understand client requirements and tailor solutions to match their needs.

5. Market Intelligence and Reporting

  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Provide regular feedback to the marketing and product development teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, deals, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity and performance reports.

6. Collaboration and Coordination

  • Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales initiatives.
  • Coordinate with the operations or logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products or services.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure proper invoicing, payment follow-up, and collections.
