Executive - Marketing (1-3 Yrs) Bangalore (Online/Digital Marketing)

We are seeking a Manager Content & Digital Marketing who will own and manage content, community-building, and creative strategies for brands.- This individual will play a critical role in shaping our online presence and driving consumer engagement across digital platforms.Key Responsibilities:- Content Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute the content strategy for digital platforms, including website, social media, blogs, and email newsletters. Ensure content is aligned with the brand s mission, tone, and values.- Creative Campaigns: Create, plan, and implement creative campaigns across digital channels (social media, influencers, paid ads, community engagement etc.) to increase brand visibility and drive engagement with the target audience.- Brand Building: Collaborate with the creative and product teams to maintain consistency in brand messaging and ensure that all marketing materials, content, and communications align with brand vision.- Influencer Partnerships: Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers to promote products. Build relationships with influencers and leverage their networks to increase brand awareness.- Performance Analytics: Measure and analyze content performance across platforms, track key metrics like engagement, reach, and conversions, and adjust strategies based on insights.Qualifications & Skills:- Must have 1-3 years in content marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role, preferably with experience in D2C brands or health and wellness industries.- Deep knowledge of social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.- Experience in managing and growing online communities.- Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Shopify), social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), and design tools (e.g., Canva, AdobeSuite).- Experience with paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to complement content marketing efforts (ref:updazz.com)
