The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing real estate deals by working closely with property owners, investors, developers, and potential buyers. You will play a key role in managing the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring that all transactions are in line with the firm s business objectives and client needs.Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:- Proactively identify new clients and opportunities in the real estate market.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, investors, and clients.Sales Strategy & Deal Execution:- Understand client requirements and offer tailored real estate solutions to meet their needs.- Prepare and present property proposals, negotiate deals, and close transactions effectively.- Ensure sales targets and performance KPIs are consistently met or exceeded.- Work closely with the marketing team to promote listed properties and expand market reach.Relationship Management:- Maintain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.- Handle client queries, provide ongoing support, and facilitate smooth transaction processes.- Collaborate with legal, finance, and property management teams to ensure seamless execution of deals.Documentation & Reporting:- Prepare and manage all necessary documentation related to sales transactions.- Provide regular sales performance reports to management, outlining key metrics and future projections.Requirements:- Experience: 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in real estate or property management.- Education: Bachelor s degree in business, real estate, marketing, or related field.- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.- Strong understanding of the real estate market, property laws, and transaction processes.- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.- High level of professionalism and customer service focus.
