Job Description:The Relationship Manager role involves selling insurance products through a bank s network, building relationships with bank staff and customers, achieving sales targets, and providing ongoing support and training. It focuses on promoting insurance, ensuring compliance, and offering post-sales service.Roles and Responsibilities :- Promote and sell insurance products through the bank s branch network.- Build relationships with bank partners, branch managers, and relationship managers.- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable insurance products.- Achieve sales targets set by the insurance company or bank.- Provide training and support to bank staff on insurance products.- Offer excellent customer service and resolve policy-related queries.- Stay updated on insurance products and industry regulations.- Track sales performance and report progress.- Ensure compliance with insurance and banking regulations.Qualification & Experience : - Must have completed Graduation.
