Responsibilities: Throughout the manufacturing process, create, carry out, and uphold strong quality control plans, inspection protocols, and standards. Conduct reliability, destructive/non-destructive, and functional testing in accordance with product specifications. To identify the fundamental causes of quality failures and faults, lead or take part in Root Cause Analysis (RCA). Take part in quality audits both internally and outside, helping with planning and follow-up. Give engineering and production teams input so they may make design and process adjustments for higher quality. Qualification: Experience in implementing and managing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Familiarity with Quality Management Systems. Strong analytical, statistical thinking, and decision-making skills.
