Who We re Looking For
We need someone who eats, sleeps, and breathes online marketing. You ll be the engine behind generating qualified leads for our sales team through email campaigns, cold calling, and LinkedIn outreach. If you know how to organically get our brand ranking on Google and position our accounting services where the eyeballs are we want you.

Key Responsibilities
Email Marketing: Create and manage targeted email campaigns for lead generation and follow-ups.
Cold Calling: Reach out to accounting firms, CPAs, and EAs in the US to pitch our services.
LinkedIn Outreach: Use LinkedIn to connect, engage, and book appointments with decision-makers.
Organic SEO: Improve our website s visibility on search engines for accounting services in the US.
Content Coordination: Work with designers or writers (if needed) to push out relevant, conversion-focused content.
CRM Updates: Track all marketing activities and outcomes using our CRM tools.
Competitor Analysis: Keep an eye on what other accounting outsourcing companies are doing, and do it better.

Required Skills & Experience
1 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B or outsourcing setup.
Hands-on with email marketing tools like Mailchimp, Lemlist, or similar.
Confident in cold calling and pitching services over the phone.
Fluent in LinkedIn lead generation techniques and automation tools.
Basic knowledge of SEO and how to rank service-based keywords organically.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Self-driven, organized, and able to multitask without babysitting.
