Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, market research, and attending events.
  • Maintain and update client database and sales funnel regularly.
  • Follow up with potential clients and convert inquiries into confirmed appointments or sales.

2. Client Meetings & Presentations

  • Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations, product demonstrations, or proposals tailored to customer requirements.
  • Address client questions, concerns, and objections effectively.

3. Negotiation & Closing Sales

  • Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Prepare and send quotations, sales agreements, and other necessary documentation.
  • Close sales deals, ensure timely order processing, and coordinate with internal teams for delivery and after-sales support.

4. Customer Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, address complaints or issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to share with the product development and marketing teams.

5. Sales Reporting & Targets

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by management.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, track performance metrics, and generate reports.
  • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

6. Market & Competitor Analysis

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors products, pricing, and promotions.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to help improve sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
