With a workforce of 1,800 professionals, we re poised for exponential growth-generating close to INR 2,500 crore in annual revenue, with a goal to double it by the end of 2025 and go public through an IPO.- Position: Project Sales Head (General Manager) - Nos of positions: 2- (Open for candidates from any part of India, should have experience with luxury brands from real estate industry)- Location: Chennai- Industry: Real Estate - Residential (Luxury Segment)- Reports To: VP Sales- Experience: 12-20 Years- Team Size: 20-25 Members- Compensation: 50-55 Lacs (Including Variables)- Diversity Hiring EncouragedRole Overview:We are seeking a high-performing and experienced Project Sales Head (General Manager) to lead our Luxury and Launch Sales vertical in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in handling large-ticket-size real estate transactions (- 2.5 Cr and above), with strong leadership skills to manage and scale a sales team of 20-25 professionals.Key Responsibilities:- Drive the overall sales strategy for premium and luxury residential projects.- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team focused on launch sales and high-value inventory.- Build and manage channel partner networks and direct sales pipelines.- Drive customer engagement, relationship management, and closure of high-value deals.- Monitor sales performance metrics, forecasts, and market insights to refine sales approaches.- Coordinate closely with marketing, CRM, and product teams to ensure alignment in go-to-market strategy.- Analyze customer feedback, competitor offerings, and market trends to enhance product positioning.- Ensure achievement of monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets and profitability.Candidate Profile:- 12-20 years of proven sales experience in the real estate industry, especially in the luxury or high-end residential segment.- Experience managing a team of 20 sales professionals.- Must have successfully handled a minimum ticket size of - 2.5 crore per unit.- Strong understanding of real estate sales cycles, especially launch phases.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.- Diversity candidates are encouraged to apply.
