Required Store Promoter - Bangalore

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Store Promoter to actively engage with walk-in customers and promote our products in-store. The Store Promoter plays a crucial role in creating brand awareness , demonstrating product features , and driving sales at the point of purchase. As the face of the brand at the retail level, you will be responsible for understanding customer needs, educating them about the product, and converting footfall into purchases. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy direct interaction, have strong communication skills, and thrive in fast-paced retail environments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Promotion and Demonstration

• Present and promote assigned products to walk-in customers in the store.
• Conduct live product demonstrations, explain key features and benefits clearly.
• Distribute brochures, flyers, or free samples as part of marketing campaigns.
• Encourage customers to try, sample, or test the product if applicable.

2. Customer Engagement

• Greet customers with a friendly attitude and proactively approach them.
• Identify customer needs through active listening and recommend suitable products.
• Answer queries related to pricing, features, offers, and warranty details.
• Build positive relationships with customers to promote brand loyalty.

3. Sales Support

• Achieve daily or weekly sales targets set by the sales or marketing team.
• Convince potential buyers and convert walk-in traffic into sales.
• Cross-sell or upsell products based on customer preferences and purchase history.
• Keep accurate records of promotional sales, customer feedback, and performance metrics.

4. Store Display & Merchandising

• Ensure products are well-stocked, neatly displayed, and visually appealing.
• Set up promotional counters, signage, banners, and product stands as required.
• Monitor inventory levels and inform supervisors of replenishment needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of the product promotion area.

5. Reporting and Feedback

• Provide daily or weekly reports on customer interactions, sales conversions, and product feedback.
• Share insights and suggestions with the sales or marketing team for improvement.
• Alert management about frequently asked customer questions or recurring issues.
