Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team.& The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, developing marketing strategies, building strong customer relationships, and promoting brand awareness to achieve business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales:&

Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.

Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.& & & & &

Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers.& & & & &

Achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedule.& & & & &

Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize revenue.& & & & &

Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.& & &

Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.& & &

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.& & &

Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions promptly.
Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts.
Identify and approach potential customers through various channels (in-person, phone, email, social media).

Develop and implement marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.).& & & & &

Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.& & & & &

Assist in the development of marketing materials, promotional content, and advertising campaigns.& & & & &

Manage the company s online presence, including website and social media platforms.& & & & &

Organize and attend marketing events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:& & & &

Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.& & & & &

Proven experience in sales and/or marketing roles.& & & & &

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.& & & & &

Knowledge of digital marketing tools and CRM software.& & & & &

Creative thinker with strong analytical skills.& & & & &

Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
