Job Summary:

The intern will assist in identifying potential clients, conducting field visits, promoting products or services, and supporting the team in achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Interaction and Sales Pitching:

• Visit prospective clients or retailers in assigned locations to explain product/service offerings.
• Deliver clear and persuasive sales pitches and demonstrations.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential customers.

2. Lead Generation and Follow-up:

• Identify new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, and market surveys.
• Collect data from shops, businesses, and potential customers and input it into the CRM or sales tracker.
• Follow up with leads to convert them into active customers.

3. Marketing and Promotion:

• Distribute brochures, catalogs, and promotional material in assigned areas.
• Assist in local campaigns, roadshows, and product display activities.
• Gather feedback from customers about product satisfaction, pricing, and market demand.

4. Reporting and Documentation:

• Submit daily reports to the sales manager on meetings conducted, leads generated, and conversions achieved.
• Maintain accurate records of customer details, conversations, and agreements.
• Help prepare presentations or case studies based on field findings.

5. Market Intelligence:

• Observe competitor activities, pricing strategies, and promotional tactics in the field.
• Share insights with the team to adapt sales strategy as needed.
• Understand customer pain points and provide feedback to the product or service development team.
