Job Description
1. Responsible for selling products or services over the phone, primarily focusing on generating 2. Sales and increasing revenue.&
3. Achieve sales target and follow up existing clients or new clients.
4. Make calls to reach maximum clients.
5. Lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads or databases.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
  • Effectively communicate product features, pricing, and promotions.
  • Follow up on inbound inquiries and convert leads into sales.
  • Maintain detailed records of calls, customer information, and sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Handle customer objections and resolve issues promptly to close sales.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.
  • Clear and pleasant telephone voice.
  • Ability to handle rejection professionally and remain motivated.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Goal-driven and results-oriented attitude.
