Job Description
Visit potential clients to pitch products or services and achieve sales targets. Build relationships, resolve customer queries, and ensure timely follow-ups. We 're looking for energetic and result-driven SALES executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:

  • Identify potential clients through market research, referrals, cold calling, networking, and digital platforms.
  • Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with qualified leads.
  • Visit potential customers for new business opportunities and conduct product presentations or demonstrations.

2. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

  • Understand customer needs and provide suitable product or service solutions.
  • Maintain regular contact with clients to build trust, ensure repeat business, and upsell/cross-sell wherever possible.
  • Handle inquiries, objections, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Act as the point of contact for assigned clients and ensure customer satisfaction at all stages of the sales process.

3. Sales Presentation and Negotiation:

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to the customer 's needs.
  • Negotiate terms of agreements including pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
  • Close sales by understanding client requirements, securing commitment, and finalizing contracts.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order execution and post-sale support.

4. Sales Planning and Strategy:

  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
  • Contribute to sales forecasting, territory planning, and product positioning.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and lead generation efforts.

5. Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities in CRM tools.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and submit to supervisors.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, client acquisition costs, and customer satisfaction.

6. Product Knowledge:

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the company s products/services, features, pricing, and benefits.
  • Stay updated on new product launches, changes in offerings, and market developments.
  • Participate in training programs and workshops to improve product understanding and selling techniques.
