Need Field Sales Executive& Only Experienced can apply ( 3-6yrs)
Age - 25 - 40&
Location - Kolkata , Howrah&
Freshers not Allowed&
Walk in Interview , face to face Interview&
Salary - 14000 - 20000 ( Plus Incentive ) PF , ESI, Medical benefits

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Lead Generation:

  • Identify potential customers through cold calling, door-to-door visits, networking, and referrals.
  • Generate leads in assigned territories by visiting commercial establishments, retail outlets, households, or other customer locations.
  • Demonstrate and present products/services to prospective customers.

2. Customer Visits and Relationship Building:

  • Conduct daily field visits to meet existing and new clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to build long-term business.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services accordingly.

3. Product Promotion and Demonstration:

  • Clearly explain product features, pricing, and benefits to prospective customers.
  • Distribute marketing materials, brochures, or samples when necessary.
  • Conduct live product demonstrations or presentations at customer sites or promotional events.

4. Order Booking and Sales Closure:

  • Negotiate and close sales deals based on customer requirements.
  • Take and process orders accurately and efficiently through company software or order forms.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as assigned by the manager.

5. Market Intelligence:

  • Collect feedback from the market and customers about pricing, product preferences, and competitors.
  • Monitor competitor activity and submit timely reports to the management team.
  • Provide suggestions for new product development or service improvements.

6. Reporting and Documentation:

  • Maintain daily reports of visits, leads generated, sales achieved, and customer interactions.
  • Submit regular updates to the Area Sales Manager via CRM tools, WhatsApp, or email as per company norms.
  • Ensure all customer and order data is recorded accurately.

7. After-Sales Support:

  • Follow up with customers for feedback, payments, documentation, or future requirements.
  • Address and escalate complaints or service issues to the support team when necessary.
  • Build loyalty and repeat business through excellent service and communication.

Skills and Competencies:

Essential Skills:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Confidence and the ability to handle rejections.
  • Basic negotiation and persuasive selling techniques.
  • Time management and route planning skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge or familiarity with mobile-based sales apps.

Physical & Behavioral Attributes:

  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regi
