Required Telesales Executive - Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data lists.
• Explain the features, benefits, and eligibility criteria of home loans .
• Understand the customer 's financial background and loan requirements.
• Collect and record relevant details like income, property status, and location.
• Share information about interest rates, repayment options, and loan terms.
• Schedule appointments or arrange callbacks for further discussion with senior loan advisors.
• Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, or emails until closure.
• Maintain proper records of calls, inquiries, and responses in the CRM.
• Handle basic customer queries and provide timely updates.
• Support the documentation process by informing customers about required paperwork.
• Meet daily/weekly targets for lead generation and follow-ups.

Skills & Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi, regional language, and/or English .
• Strong persuasion and convincing ability.
• Basic knowledge of home loans or financial products is an advantage (training will be provided).
• Ability to handle rejections professionally and stay motivated.
• Good listening skills and attention to detail.
• Should be confident, energetic, and self-driven.
