Job Role: Senior Account Executive- SalesExperience: 2-3 Years of proven sales experience, with a strong track record of exceeding targets, and experience handling larger accountsWork Location: Bangalore and ChennaiAbout company: We are a tech-driven e-commerce solutions company offering a smart suite for warehouse, store, and customer-facing app management, used by clients across countries. Powered by cloud, AI, and mobile tech, we help streamline operations and elevate customer experiences.Our tight-knit team thrives on innovation, flexibility, and a people-first culture that values work-life balance and continuous improvement.Roles and Responsibilities:- Handling complex sales cycles and larger enterprise accounts.- Developing and executing strategic account plans.- Mentoring and training junior Account Executives.- Identifying and pursuing upselling and cross-selling opportunities.- Building strong relationships with key decision-makers.- Providing strategic input on sales processes and product development.- Forecasting sales and managing a pipeline of high-value deals.- Representing the company at industry events and conferences.Requirements:- Bachelor s degree or masters.- Should be proficient in English and Kannada- Experience in selling billing software is highly desirable.- Proficiency in lead generation techniques and market research, with a keen eye for identifying potential clients and opportunities.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.- Experience with CRM platforms, particularly LeadSquared, for lead management and tracking.- Openness to receiving training and coaching to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.- Strong rapport-building skills, with the ability to establish and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.- Good to have experience in both inside and outside sales.- Demonstrated ability in leads generation, objection handling, and conflict resolution.- Consistent track record of meeting sales targets and exceeding expectations.- Thorough understanding of billing software and the ability to convey its value proposition effectively to clients.- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
