Seeking a results-driven leader to manage the team, boost revenue, develop strategies, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain compliance standards.Roles And Responsibilities:: - Oversee designated bank branches and point-of-sale (POS) systems to meet brokerage and revenue objectives.- Achieve a target of at least 75 Demat accounts each month in alignment with sales objectives.- Facilitate three client meetings each day and make regular visits to assigned branches.- Effectively execute and track promotional initiatives.- Enhance and optimize the POS/Br system.- Organize four training sessions each month for partners and bank personnel.- Compile and present daily, weekly, and monthly management information system (MIS) reports.Requirements:- Graduate/Postgraduate/MBA (preferred)- A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and channel management, with a focus on BFSI/broking- Familiarity with broking, capital markets, and banking- Possession of a two-wheeler or four-wheeler (mandatory)- Proficient in relationship management and knowledgeable about financial products- Exceptional communication skillsApply Now:Send your resume to 91 84888 33693 (ref:updazz.com)
