We re looking for an experienced Retail Training Manager to join our team . In this role, you will create and deliver training programs to educate retail staff on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service, all while promoting our brand s high standards and sales targets.Key Responsibilities:- Training & Development: Develop and lead training programs on jewelry sales, product knowledge, and customer service.
