Team Lead - Customer Support (5-7 Yrs) Bangalore (After-Sales/Customer Service)

We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Team Lead, Customer Success.Preferred Functional Knowledge:- Team management.- Retention and engagement- Cross-Departmental Collaboration- Customer Engagement and Product Adoption- Reporting and good knowledge in Excel.Key Responsibility:- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the customer success team.- Conduct regular team meetings to review goals, performance, and customer feedback.- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates.- Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address potential issues.- Collaborate with other departments (Sales, Product Development, support etc) to align customer success strategies with overall business objectives.- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on customer needs and feedback.- Ensure the team is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles- Retention and case management.Qualification and Experience:- Any Bachelor s degree- Hindi & English (Must)- Proven experience in a customer success or similar role, preferably in a leadership capacity.- Strong leadership and team management skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.- Analytical skills to interpret customer data and metrics.- Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach.- Experience with customer success software and tools is a plus.Benefits :- Excellent Opportunity to be involved in high impact work and progressive learning environment.
