Job role: ASM [Area sales Manager]Location: KochiJob Summary:We are looking for an experienced and strategic Sales and Marketing Manager to lead business development efforts for our advanced oncology services, with a focus on Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) and CAR T-Cell Therapy. The candidate will be responsible for driving referral volumes, building brand positioning, and leading a team to grow our market share in highly specialized cancer treatments.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for BMT and CAR T-Cell therapy offerings.- Identify and build strong relationships with oncologists, hematologists, transplant physicians, and healthcare networks.- Plan and conduct CMEs, symposiums, webinars, and awareness drives targeting medical professionals and patient groups.- Liaise with clinical teams to stay updated on treatment protocols and outcomes for accurate promotion.- Monitor competitor offerings, pricing, and strategies; identify market gaps and new business opportunities.- Oversee digital marketing, content creation, and lead-generation campaigns.- Prepare and present monthly performance reports, ROI analyses, and market intelligence to senior management.- Ensure all promotional and outreach activities adhere to healthcare marketing compliance guidelines.Qualifications:- Bachelor s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Healthcare Management. MBA preferred.- 5-10 years of experience in healthcare sales/marketing with at least 2 years in a managerial role.- Proven experience in oncology, transplant services, or advanced therapies is strongly preferred.- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.- Ability to work in a cross-functional environment with clinicians, marketers, and patient support staff.
