Job Description
Roles and Responsibility:
1. Maintain and update property listings with accurate details.&
2. Organize and conduct property site visits.&
3. Build long-term relationships with clients through consistent communication and support.&
4. Sales Target Achievement&
5. Provide regular feedback and insights to improve sales strategies.
6. Handle client inquiries through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
7. Market Analysis.
Preferred candidate profile
Graduation: Any Graduate or related field.& &
Attire: Formal dress code required during working hours and client meetings.&
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales or related field (automobile, insurance, banking, etc.)
Skills Required:
Proficiency in Tamil and English (knowledge of additional local languages is a plus).
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Other Requirements:
Two-wheeler is mandatory for daily commute and client/site visits or cab facility also available for site visit.
Compensation: Salary Incentives (Based on performance)

Communication and Interpersonal Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication.
  • Confident in public speaking and customer engagement.
  • Active listening and problem-solving abilities.

Technical and Domain Knowledge:

  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and online communication platforms.
  • Basic understanding of the company s products, pricing models, and industry.
  • Knowledge of sales funnel stages and customer journey is advantageous.

Soft Skills:

  • High self-motivation and target orientation.
  • Professional attitude, punctuality, and discipline.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn.
  • Negotiation and closing skills.
