Receptionist Cum Telecaller& Job Description

This role combines reception duties with telecalling responsibilities. You will be the first point of contact for our company and will assist with both incoming inquiries and outbound calls to clients. This position requires a professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
Maintain office security by following safety procedures
Handle outgoing calls to clients and potential customers for business purposes
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
Perform other clerical duties such as filing and photocopying

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [Insert preferred language(s) e.g., English, Hindi, regional languages].
Polite and professional telephone etiquette.
Ability to listen actively and respond appropriately.

Technical and Computer Skills:

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience using CRM systems, EPABX, or basic call management software is a plus.
Fast and accurate data entry skills.
