Key Responsibilities:

1. Executive Calendar and Schedule Management:

• Manage and coordinate the boss s calendar, appointments, meetings, and events.
• Prioritize engagements and schedule meetings to optimize time and efficiency.
• Send timely reminders and prepare briefing notes for meetings.

2. Communication Handling:

• Screen, respond to, or redirect calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
• Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external contacts on behalf of the boss.
• Draft, edit, and proofread letters, emails, presentations, and reports.

3. Travel and Logistics Coordination:

• Organize domestic and international travel plans including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.
• Arrange visas, permits, or other travel-related documentation as needed.
• Manage expense reports and reimbursements related to travel.

4. Personal Assistance:

• Assist with personal errands such as appointments, gift purchases, event planning, and household coordination.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information and personal matters.
• Support in managing personal schedules, reminders, and family-related logistics if required.

5. Meeting and Event Support:

• Prepare agendas, presentation materials, and meeting minutes.
• Coordinate logistics for meetings, conference calls, and special events.
• Follow up on action items and ensure deadlines are met.

6. Administrative Support:

• Manage filing systems, digital and physical, ensuring easy access to documents.
• Oversee office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor management if applicable.
• Maintain databases, contact lists, and records.

7. Project Assistance:

• Support special projects or initiatives as assigned by the boss.
• Conduct research, compile information, and prepare reports or presentations.
