Required Telesales Executive - Noida

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.
• Pitch credit card products offered by partner banks or financial institutions.
• Explain features, benefits, eligibility criteria, and application process clearly and professionally.

2. Customer Engagement:

• Answer queries about credit card benefits, interest rates, reward programs, and charges.
• Build rapport with prospects and handle objections with confidence and clarity.
• Encourage interested customers to complete application or documentation as required.

3. Sales & Target Achievement:

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the sales supervisor or team leader.
• Follow up with leads, handle warm leads from marketing campaigns, and convert cold calls into successful applications.
• Update CRM/database with correct lead information and progress.

4. Compliance and Quality:

• Maintain compliance with banking norms, telecalling guidelines, and data privacy rules.
• Follow quality scripts and call standards during sales conversations.
• Ensure all sales are conducted ethically and customer interest is protected.
