Job Description
- Maintain and monitor the records of all the conversations, be it customer feedback or any queries - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and exceptional customer service.
-Follow-up with potential clients .- Update customers about new launches and record customer reactions to new products.
-Be aware of the latest industry trends as a telesales executive- Coordinate with the sales team for sales order. Meet weekly/monthly sales targets as directed by reporting manager. (ref:updazz.com)
