Key Responsibilities: After installation, carry out comprehensive functional tests and calibrations to ensure peak performance. To restore complete operation, carry out prompt and efficient repairs, component replacements, and adjustments. Use the phone or email to walk clients through the fundamentals of troubleshooting. Serve as the main point of contact for clients ' technical questions and support requests. For future reference and analysis, keep a record of every troubleshooting step, component used, and solution. Effectively manage the service inventory to guarantee that essential parts are available.
