Job Description
-Revenue genration by pitching ecommerce consultancy services and solutions to prospective clients.
-Pitching about voila business through calls, f2f meetings and virtual connects .
-customer relationship management throughout the life cycle.
-ability to classify leads and smart lead filtering acumen.
-coordinate with other teams for effective and smooth work flow.
-Maintain the sales pipeline and take continuous followups throughout the sales process.
-Build good rapport with the clients and take feedback to increase customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify potential clients through market research, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and networking.
  • Build a qualified lead pipeline and maintain a steady flow of prospects.
  • Develop relationships with key decision-makers and influencers across industries.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Pitch company products/services effectively to potential clients (in-person, online, or over calls).
  • Understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings, demos, or presentations to showcase offerings.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain strong post-sales relationships to encourage renewals, upselling, and referrals.

Sales Reporting & Strategy

  • Maintain detailed records of leads, opportunities, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM tools.
  • Report on daily/weekly/monthly activities and sales performance.
  • Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to align business development strategies.
  • Contribute to sales forecasts, competitor analysis, and market intelligence efforts.

Market Expansion

  • Identify new markets, customer segments, and potential partnerships.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, or webinars to represent the company and build new connections.
  • Explore channel partnerships and reseller opportunities to expand market reach.
