You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and contributing to the company 's success. Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to inform them about our products/services.
• Understand customer requirements and offer suitable solutions.
• Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing.
• Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and address complaints professionally.
• Follow up on leads and actively identify new sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and sales techniques.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Gender:& Female (as per the specific requirement)
• Experience:& Fresher to 1 year of experience in Telesales, Telemarketing, Customer Service, or a related sales role.
• Education:& High school diploma or equivalent.
• Communication Skills:& Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills in English and Kannada (preferred, as per local requirements).
• Sales Acumen:& Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a goal-oriented mindset.
• Customer Focus:& Ability to build rapport with customers and provide exceptional service.
• Resilience:& Capable of handling rejection and maintaining a positive attitude.
• Tech Savvy:& Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM software knowledge is a plus).
• Immediate Joiner:& Ability to start immediately.
