Growth Executive Sales

Job Summary:

The Growth Executive Sales is responsible for driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion through a combination of strategic outreach, client engagement, and solution-based selling. The role combines traditional sales techniques with data-driven growth tactics to identify new opportunities, generate leads, close deals, and contribute to the company s overall growth objectives. Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:

• Identify potential clients through market research, competitor analysis, and digital tools.
• Generate high-quality leads using cold calls, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking.
• Qualify leads based on their needs, budget, timeline, and decision-making authority.

2. Sales Pitch and Client Engagement:

• Deliver compelling product or service presentations to prospective clients.
• Tailor sales conversations to align with customer pain points and value propositions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their goals and offering customized solutions.

3. Revenue and Target Achievement:

• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by the management.
• Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and renewals.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline to ensure consistent performance.

4. CRM and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, client communications, and opportunities in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
• Track and report key performance metrics such as conversion rate, lead-to-sale ratio, and average deal size.
• Provide feedback on lead quality, product-market fit, and customer needs to the marketing and product teams.

5. Market Research and Competitor Analysis:

• Keep a pulse on industry trends, competitor offerings, pricing, and customer behavior.
• Identify new market segments and partnership opportunities.
• Contribute insights that inform product positioning and go-to-market strategies.

6. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:

• Work closely with marketing to align lead generation efforts and improve conversion funnels.

• Provide feedback to product teams to improve features, usability, and customer experience.

7. Onboarding and Client Success (if applicable):
