Required MEP TECHNICIAN - Mumbai

Must have experience in facilities Management maintains HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems through scheduled and emergency tasks, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with health and environmental standards. An MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in buildings. This includes HVAC systems, electrical wiring, lighting, fire alarms, water supply, and drainage systems. The technician ensures all systems operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with relevant codes and standards. They may also conduct routine inspections and respond to emergency maintenance needs.
