Job Description
We are looking for the candidate who have good communication skill who can interact with customer confidently. We hope that the fresher candidate will grow with us ,& age(18 to 25) , language ( Gujarati , Hindi , English)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Client Prospecting:

  • Proactively identify new sales opportunities through:
    • Cold calling
    • Referrals
    • Field visits
    • Online platforms
    • Networking
  • Build a strong pipeline of potential clients and maintain a database of leads.

2. Customer Engagement:

  • Approach prospective customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend the best product or service.
  • Offer personalized consultation to address client pain points and present tailored solutions.

3. Sales Conversion:

  • Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to both existing and prospective customers.
  • Negotiate terms of sale, prices, and credit terms, ensuring alignment with company policies.
  • Close sales deals and ensure timely order processing and delivery coordination.

4. Relationship Building & Customer Retention:

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Provide after-sales support and assistance to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Handle queries, complaints, or concerns in a professional and timely manner.

5. Product Knowledge:

  • Stay informed about product features, benefits, pricing, and promotions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations or presentations when required.
  • Communicate new product developments to customers.

6. Reporting & Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and pipeline updates.
  • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share them with the reporting manager.
  • Use CRM tools or company databases to manage customer profiles and lead statuses.

7. Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing, logistics, and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and promotional alignment.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
  • Share customer feedback with internal teams to improve product offerings and services.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to actively listen and understand customer requirements
  • Confidence, self-motivation, and a persuasive attitude
  • Willingness to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel), email, and mobile apps
