Roles and Responsibilities: You will be solely in charge of managing all facets of maintenance operations, including mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, automation, and facilities maintenance, in your capacity as Head of Maintenance at our Chennai manufacturing facility. You will create and carry out thorough maintenance plans, manage budgets, guide and coach a productive workforce, and guarantee the optimum operation and dependability of all plant machinery, equipment, and infrastructure. Your capacity for strategic planning, effective leadership, and achieving measurable gains in OEE, cost reduction, and safety performance will all be greatly improved by this position.
