Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Civil Site Engineer to join our construction and engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all on-site civil engineering activities to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves working closely with project managers, architects, contractors, and laborers to coordinate site work, ensure adherence to design specifications, and manage resources and timelines. The Civil Site Engineer will be responsible for monitoring day-to-day site operations, ensuring work progresses according to schedule, maintaining safety and compliance standards, and solving technical issues on-site. This is a hands-on role suited for a technically skilled individual who can manage both the engineering and practical aspects of construction work.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Site Supervision and Execution:

• Oversee the execution of civil construction activities on site in accordance with the approved design, specifications, and work schedule.
• Supervise workers, subcontractors, and equipment to ensure efficient and timely progress.
• Inspect ongoing work to ensure compliance with drawings and quality standards.
• Provide daily site updates to the Project Manager or senior engineers regarding progress, challenges, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders including MEP engineers, architects, surveyors, and vendors.

2. Planning and Coordination:

• Plan daily and weekly site work based on the construction schedule and allocate tasks accordingly.
• Ensure timely availability of construction materials, tools, and equipment at the site.
• Coordinate with procurement teams to manage site logistics and delivery timelines.
• Work closely with design and structural teams to resolve any discrepancies or design issues on-site.
• Help maintain a smooth workflow between contractors, consultants, and client representatives.

3. Quality Control and Compliance:

• Implement and monitor quality assurance procedures and checks at various stages of construction.
• Ensure all civil work, including concrete work, formwork, steel reinforcement, plastering, flooring, and finishing, meets the required quality standards.
• Conduct material and workmanship inspections and report non-conformities.
• Verify that construction activities follow applicable codes, standards, and contract requirements.
• Maintain site documentation related to quality control, inspection reports, and approvals.

4. Health, Safety & Environment (HSE):

• Enforce safety practices on-site as per safety protocols and legal regulations.
• Conduct toolbox talks and daily safety briefings to workers.
• Identify potential hazards on site and take corrective actions to mitigate risk.
• Ensure use of personal protective equipment (PPE) by all workers and visitors at the site.
• Report incidents, accidents, or unsafe behavior to the HSE Officer or Site Safety Engineer.

5. Technical Support and Problem Solving:
