Telecaller Cum Sales Executive

Experience: 0 2 years (Freshers with good communication skills can apply)
Salary(Per Month): Rs.15000 to Rs.20000. Incentives
Key Responsibilities:
1) Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate sales leads and promote company products or services&
2) Respond to inbound inquiries from customers and provide relevant information regarding products or services.&
3) Identify new business opportunities with existing clients. Collaborate with the sales team to enhance client retention. Assist in negotiating contracts and agreements.&
4) Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets&
5) Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM& systems.&
6)Handle customer objections and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.&
7) Follow up with leads and clients to ensure consistent engagement and conversion.
