Required Receptionist - Delhi

Job Summary:

We are looking for a smart, young, energetic, and passionate Receptionist to manage our front desk and handle basic administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have a pleasing personality, good communication skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently. A minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute (WPM) is required. This role is best suited for candidates with a vibrant and dynamic personality who enjoy interacting with people and contributing to a positive office atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors, clients, and staff warmly and professionally.
• Handle incoming phone calls, take messages, and transfer calls to appropriate departments.
• Maintain visitor logs and ensure all guests sign in and follow office protocols.
• Respond to general queries from walk-ins and phone callers.
• Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
• Perform basic data entry and typing work (30 WPM typing speed required).
• Receive and sort daily mail and deliveries; manage courier dispatches.
• Maintain the reception area s cleanliness and presentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments for day-to-day support activities.
• Assist HR or Admin with basic clerical tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Education:
  • Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office
• Typing Speed:
  • At least 30 WPM (Words Per Minute) with accuracy
• Location Preference:
  • Candidates residing in or near Adarsh Nagar , Delhi, will be given preference
• Language Skills:
  • Good spoken and written English and Hindi
• Technical Skills:
  • Comfortable with using computers, basic email handling, typing documents
  • Familiarity with office equipment like printers, intercoms, scanners, etc.
