With an emphasis on craftsmanship, quality, and modern design, we deliver tailor-made furniture through client-centric, process-driven manufacturing operations Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the chairs manufacturing industry to achieve revenue and growth targets. Collaborate with the executive team to align sales objectives with overall business goals.- Take full ownership of overall sales numbers, ensuring the sales team meets and exceeds assigned sales quotas for chair products. Monitor sales performance, analyse trends, and implement corrective actions as needed.- Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions specific to the chairs manufacturing sector, and competitor activities. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth within the chair market.- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including furniture retailers, distributors, corporate clients, and other relevant stakeholders in the chairs market, addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Work closely with the sales team to nurture existing client accounts and secure repeat business.- Oversee the preparation of compelling sales presentations and proposals showcasing our range of chairs. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials that effectively highlight the unique features and benefits of our chair products.- Provide regular reports on sales performance, including key metrics, achievements, and challenges, to internal stakeholders. Utilize data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic initiatives accordingly.- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including production, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless order fulfilment and client satisfaction.Skill Set:- Results-driven and goal-oriented mindset with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a drive to succeed.- Adaptability to changing market conditions and client needs within the chairs market.- Innovative and creative approach to business development and sales strategies.- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.- Potential to contribute to fostering a collaborative and high-performance team culture.Experience:- Minimum of 3 to 7 years of progressive experience in sales, preferably within the furniture manufacturing industry, with a significant focus on chairs or related products.- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
