Collaborate with the executive team to align sales objectives with overall business goals.- Take full ownership of overall sales numbers, ensuring the sales team meets and exceeds assigned sales quotas for chair products. Monitor sales performance, analyse trends, and implement corrective actions as needed.- Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions specific to the chairs manufacturing sector, and competitor activities.
