As part of our team, your core responsibility will be to sell UG/PG online courses to potential students and working professionals.Key Responsibilities:- Connect with leads via calls and follow-up on inquiries regarding UG/PG courses.- Understand student needs and provide appropriate course recommendations.- Convert leads into successful admissions through effective counseling and persuasion.- Maintain a strong pipeline and meet weekly/monthly sales targets.- Ensure accurate data entry and maintain CRM records.- Provide post-sales support and ensure a smooth admission process.- Maintain high levels of student satisfaction and engagement.Requirements:- Minimum 6 months of experience in sales (EdTech preferred).- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong convincing and closing abilities.- Graduation in any field is mandatory.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
