Job Description : Role: Business Development Manager with Client ServicingJob Description :- Identify and target new business opportunities in both corporate and individual insurance sectors.- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.- Developing a Field sales strategy and setting sales targets- Consulting with the internal team and management on product offerings- Generating sales leads through research, cold calling, and face-to-face meetings- Conduct market research to stay informed about trends in the insurance industry, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.- Present and promote Investacc s insurance products to potential clients through meetings, calls, and presentations.- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and support for clients.- Track, manage, and follow up on leads to convert prospects into long-term clients.- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and presentations tailored to client needs.- Negotiate and close deals in line with sales targets and revenue goals.- Monitor sales performance and report regularly to senior management.- Participate in networking events, conferences, and industry activities to build brand visibility and attract new business.- For experienced candidates, mentor and guide less experienced team members.
