With an expanding footprint, we are on a mission to become the leading name in indoor entertainment in India.Job Overview:We are looking for a proactive and service-driven Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to manage guest experiences, drive sales, and build strong client relationships. The CRM will be the face of SkyJumper at the center, responsible for guest engagement, lead conversion, and collaboration with schools, corporates, and local communities.Key Responsibilities:- Manage guest relationships at the center to ensure outstanding customer experience.- Handle birthday party bookings, school tie-ups, and group event management end-to-end.- Generate leads through cold calls, walk-ins, community networking, and local outreach.- Work with school principals, corporate HRs, and institutional stakeholders for repeat bookings.- Coordinate with marketing for promotional activities and outreach campaigns.- Understand products, services, and packages to upsell offerings to walk-in guests.- Track guest feedback and ensure timely resolution of complaints and escalations.- Support center manager in monthly sales forecasting and performance reporting.Qualifications & Skills:- Graduate in B.Com/BBA; MBA in Marketing/Sales preferred.- 2-3 years of experience in guest-facing roles within hospitality, retail, or call center.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Proven ability to manage leads, close bookings, and drive customer satisfaction.- Creative thinker with strong follow-up and coordination skills.- Team player with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.What We Offer:- Competitive salary and performance incentives.- Fun, dynamic, and youth-oriented work environment.- Career advancement in India s leading amusement park chain.- Employee discounts on events and merchandise.How to Apply:Send your resume (ref:updazz.com)
