Assistant Manager - Business Development (1-5 Yrs) Gurgaon/Gurugram/Bangalore (B2B/Corporate Sales)

Position: Assistant Manager - Business DevelopmentJob location: Gurgaon/BengaluruExp-1-5YearsRole & Responsibilities:- Assist in managing the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, meeting clients, and closing deals.- Supported presenting the company profile, products, and services to potential clients.- Build and maintain professional relationships with decision-makers and senior management to understand clients unique business needs.
-Conduct market research to support the sales strategy.- Contribute to the growth and direction of the sales team through collaboration and idea-sharing.- Assist in direct marketing efforts, including mailings, tele-sales, and online campaigns.- Perform target searches using databases and other sources to identify new business opportunities.- Work closely with clients and prospective clients through various communication media, including face-to-face meetings.- Focus on driving new business in the assigned regions (Noida, Ghaziabad, and Faridabad).Required Expertise:- Bachelor s degree (Master s degree is a plus) with a strong academic background.
-3-6 years of experience in Inside Sales or a similar B2B process, with a proven track record in generating new business (experience in selling SOS is a plus, but not mandatory).- Knowledge of related industries is an advantage, along with a background in technology.
-Analytical, commercial, and eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (other language skills are an advantage).- Strong presentation skills.- Self-starter with attention to detail, comfortable working with ambiguity.- Energetic, proactive, and able to manage challenges and setbacks effectively.- A passion for business and keen interest in contributing to the growth of the company.- Experience working in small teams and thriving in dynamic, fast-paced environments.- A collaborative team player with a make things happen attitude.About Company:- Do you know that India will face a shortage of 6 Million Healthcare professionals by 2030.
