Job Description

Position: & Senior Growth Manager
Location: & Mumbai (On-site)
Type: & Full-time Who We 're Looking For:
A business development professional with 3 5 years of experience in B2B software sales preferably in tech or sustainability. You ll work directly with Impactree s core team to drive growth, develop sales funnels, pitch clients, and close deals. Key Responsibilities:

Drive new business and strategic partnerships
Lead client pitches and sales presentations
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for tailored solutions
Track key sales metrics and represent Impactree at industry events

Requirements:

Proven sales record with strong communication and relationship-building skills
Data-driven decision-making ability
Passionate about sustainability and making an impact

Skills and Competencies:

Strategic thinking combined with tactical execution.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Deep understanding of growth metrics, marketing funnels, and customer journeys.
Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mixpanel, Amplitude, SQL, and CRM software.
Experience with A/B testing tools like Optimizely or Google Optimize.
Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment with changing priorities.
