Assistant Manager - Sales - Raw Material Paint & Coating Segment (9-12 Yrs) Mumbai (B2B/Corporate Sales)

Position: Asst Manager North and East- Qualification: B.Tech/BE chemical/Paint Tech/Polymer/Bsc Chemistry- Experience : 9 to 12 years experience, Preferably in Resins & Coatings industry - Experience of selling Resins OR RM for Resin mfg will be added advantage.
-Multinational experience preferred and handled sales for both import and local manufacturing.Purpose:Continuously stay updated of developments in the Indian (North East), Nepal Bangladesh market with products and applications and acquire market share by understanding the customer, analyzing competitor activities, planning and executing business objectives for raw materials(Resin) Activities:- Plan and execute region wise sales targets- Identify market requirements in terms of volume, grades, specification, applications and regulations- Prepare and execute marketing plan- Maximise profit margin by managing ( Volumes vs Pricing) - Establish pricing strategies based on market, customer profile and grades- Directly manage key accounts North East , Bangladesh and Nepal Competition profile and price mapping for Resin on a regular basis.
-Import data analysis in order to understand market scenario, competition activity, customer buying pattern and also identify new customers.
-Close interaction with respective Business unit for product pricing and selling strategies in line with company ambitions.
-Co-ordination with Customer Service function for order processing and timely delivery of customer orders - Payment follow up and ensuring timely payments by customers.
-Utilise company software/tools like Forecasting, Cognos, Salesforce etc. for higher efficiency. Plan and participate in exhibitions and trade fairs to develop new customer relations - Ensure insurance coverage across supply chain - Prepare monthly and other periodic reports and present in MRM - Conduct Customer Satisfaction Survey and initiate action towards improved satisfaction - Ensure system implementation and maintenance towards certifications and regulatory requirements (ref:updazz.com)
