Key Responsibilities:- Lead Generation: Identify and generate new leads through networking, cold calls, referrals, and online channels.- Sales Presentations: Conduct in-depth consultations with potential customers to understand their financial needs and offer suitable personal loan products.- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a positive customer experience and repeat business.- Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.- Loan Process Guidance: Assist clients throughout the loan application process, explaining terms and conditions, and ensuring smooth processing from application to disbursal.- Market Analysis: Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor products, and financial regulations to offer the best solutions to clients.- Documentation and Reporting: Accurately maintain client records, loan documentation, and sales reports.- Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns related to loan applications, repayments, or terms.- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as credit and underwriting departments to ensure efficient loan processing and approval.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Education : Graduate- Experience:o Previous experience in sales for 1-2 years, especially in Personal loans, commercial banking, or financial products- Skills:- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Ability to analyze customer financials and recommend appropriate loan products.- Understanding of PL business challenges and financial needs.- Self-driven and goal-oriented with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.- Excellent relationship-building and customer service skills.- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.- Knowledge of financial products, loan documentation, and credit appraisal processes.Compensation:- Salary 20-22K pm attractive commission structure based on sales performance.- Travelling expenses as actual.Interested Candidates can contact with us-call- 8422908143 (ref:updazz.com)
