- Sales & Promotion:- Identify potential customers and generate leads for home loan products.- Actively promote home loan products and services to clients.- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the company s loan products, features, interest rates, and other relevant details.- Customer Interaction:- Meet with clients to understand their home loan needs and recommend suitable loan products.- Explain loan features, benefits, and eligibility criteria to customers in a clear and understandable manner.- Provide assistance with loan applications, documentation, and the loan approval process.- Relationship Management:- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, DSAs brokers, real estate agents, and other business partners.- Target Achievement:- Achieve monthly sales targets set by the management.- Track sales activities and provide regular reports on sales performance.- Market Research:- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for sales and product improvement.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Education : GraduateExperience :- Proven experience in sales, preferably in home loans, banking, or financial products for 1-2years.
