Position: Business Development SpecialistThe incumbent will be responsible for generating new leads and acquiring new clients for Dvara Solutions products in India, driving the growth of the company s business.Key Responsibilities:- Generate new leads through proactive networking, attending industry events, secondary research, and other channels.- Coordinate and conduct product demos for clients.- Respond to RFP, Bids, Evaluation Checklists, etc.- Collaborate with the product development team to create relevant demo content.- Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations.- Write detailed commercial proposals tailored to clients needs.- Manage client interactions across all stages of the sales process, from lead generation to proposal submission, negotiations, contract signing, and funds inflow.- Track and maintain the sales pipeline on a regular basis.- Participate in conferences to increase product and company visibility.- Monitor market trends and developments in financial services and technology.- Provide continuous feedback to the product development team on emerging industry trends.- Act as a thought leader and contribute proactively to the strategic direction of the business by offering market insights.- Perform other duties as assigned..Key Capabilities - Prior experience in selling lending software or core banking systems is mandatory- Experience in B2B sales is preferred- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects/task simultaneously- Strong customer service and communication skills- Excellent problem solving & critical thinking abilities is a must- Ability to work with Senior management of Client organizations- Strong negotiation skills- Willingness to travel extensively to client locationsExperience:We would like to keep it open for candidates with 3-6 yrs of experience.
