Lead Generation : Identifying and qualifying potential leads through research, cold calling, networking, & marketing support to contribute to the sales pipeline.2. Meeting Setup : Coordinate and schedule monthly meetings for sales managers, ensuring timely and efficient meeting logistics and meeting a set monthly target for setting up meetings.3. Sales Support : Collaborate with the sales team to provide support in sales activities, including documentation, follow-up, and reporting.4. Sales Targets : Work closely with sales managers to support their efforts in meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.5. Product Knowledge : Develop a good understanding of our job board platform s features, benefits, and competitive advantages to assist in communicating its value proposition to prospects.6. Team Coordination : Collaborate effectively with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a streamlined workflow and alignment with sales strategies.7.
